$120 per 50 minute session with Naveen Jonathan, Ph.D., Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Insurance
We will be happy to provide you with a detailed monthly super bill for insurance reimbursement. All you will need to do is to forward the bill to your carrier and then work directly with them moving forward. It is usually a good idea to check your plan so you know what services are covered and for how many sessions. Some people are not currently covered by insurance or prefer not to use their insurance for a variety of reasons. We will work with you to develop a fee and payment plan based on your needs and resources.
If you're considering using insurance please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash and checks are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
